Step 3: Ranking Candidates
Each applicant resume is screened for consistency, measured and scored against your hiring criteria and then ranked against other candidates.

Step 4: Pre-screen Interview
A pre-screening telephone interview is conducted with each qualified candidate. During this call our recruiters get a deeper understanding of the candidate’s qualifications, experience level and potential fit. The results of the telephone interview are added to the candidates score and they are re-ranked.
Step 5: Face-to-Face Interview
We conduct face-to-face interviews with qualified pre-screened applicants. We utilize behavioral based interviewing techniques to ensure that the candidate’s experience, knowledge, personality and attitude align with your needs.

Step 6: Candidate Evaluation
We conduct skills assessment to ensure expertise in a variety of disciplines.
Skills assessments can range from soft skills, such as customer service ability, second language assessments, accounting skills; to hard skills such as computer software testing, including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and others.
We also have the ability to conduct personality based assessments, from general personality assessment, to a more in-depth understanding of the individuals character
